Scribli is a communication platform that allows users to create, send, and receive handwritten messages with friends and family.

Features of the Service may include:

• Creating and editing handwritten messages
• Sending and receiving messages
• Reacting to messages with emoji
• Displaying messages through Home Screen widgets
• Connecting with other users using invite codes
• Managing your profile and connections
• Viewing message history
• Reporting inappropriate content
• Earning additional message credits through optional rewarded advertisements
• Saving or sharing scribbles to your device

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

You must comply with all applicable laws when using Scribli.

If you are under the age required to consent to digital services in your country, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.

Using Scribli requires creating an account through a supported authentication provider.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Scribli allows users to connect through invite codes.

Invite codes expire 24 hours after they are generated. A new code can be generated at any time.

You are responsible for deciding who you connect with.

We are not responsible for interactions between users or for content exchanged through those connections.

Certain actions within Scribli may require message credits.

Accounts are allocated a limited number of free messages per day. This daily allowance resets automatically.

Additional message credits may be provided through:

• Watching optional rewarded advertisements
• Promotional events
• Other methods determined by Scribli.

Message credits:

• Have no monetary value
• Cannot be transferred
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May expire or be modified at our discretion.

We reserve the right to adjust message limits, rewards, or credit availability at any time.

Scribli may offer optional rewarded advertisements that allow users to earn additional message credits.

Rewards are granted only after an advertisement has been successfully completed and verified.

Advertisement availability is not guaranteed and may vary by country, device, or advertising provider.

You agree not to use Scribli to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Impersonate another person
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Promote illegal activities
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the application
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Manipulate message credits or rewarded advertisements
• Engage in any activity that we determine harms Scribli or its users.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of the handwritten messages, drawings, emoji reactions, and other content you create using Scribli.

By using the Service, you grant Scribli a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and securing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and send.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

Users may report inappropriate content through the Service.

Reportable categories include:

• Spam
• Harassment
• Sexually explicit content
• Violent content
• Other violations of these Terms

We may review reported content and remove or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms.

We are not obligated to monitor all user content but reserve the right to do so.

All rights, title, and interest in Scribli, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, graphics, and other intellectual property, remain the property of Scribli or its licensors.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We strive to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Third-party service interruptions
• Security incidents
• Legal requirements
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to compromise the security of Scribli
• Create a risk to other users.

You may delete your account at any time through the application's settings. Deleting your account will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scribli makes no warranties regarding:

• Uninterrupted availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Security
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Error-free operation.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scribli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Scribli's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Scribli during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have not made any payments to Scribli, Scribli's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when published within the Service or on our website.

Your continued use of Scribli after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
