Welcome to Scribli. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scribli mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Scribli, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. The Service
General guidelines for using the Scribli messaging platform.
Scribli lets friends send handwritten messages and doodles that appear on each other's Home Screen widgets.
The service requires an active internet connection and is provided on an "as is" basis.
2. Accounts & Connections
Managing your account and friend connections.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Connections are made via mutual invite codes. Only connect with people you know and trust.
You can disconnect from or block any user at any time within the app.
3. Message Credits
Guidelines for daily message credits.
Sending notes may use message credits, which refill automatically every day.
Credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Use & Content
Rules for safe and respectful communication.
You retain ownership of the doodles and notes you create.
Users agree not to transmit illegal, offensive, harassing, or infringing content.
5. Legal Disclaimers
Standard legal protections for the service.
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for data loss or service interruptions.
Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
